The president of Animal Welfare Karpathos, Sophia Hiras- Micros had the honor of meeting with the President at the Presidential Hall in Athens, Greece and safely delivered her Calypso.

    The honorable President of the Hellenic Republic (President of Greece), Katerina Sakellaropoulou visited Karpathos for the 76th anniversary of the Revolutionary Liberation Movement of Karpathos (October 5th, 1944). As October 4th is World Animal Day, representatives, Ms. Sophia Hiras and Dr. Anna Katogiritis, of the nonprofit organization Animal Welfare Karpathos, visited the president and awarded her with an honorary certificate of membership to the organization.
